Domestic Shipping
Free Shipping to the Lower 48 States! We offer free standard shipping on most orders to the contiguous United States. Please note the following details:
- Shipping Address Requirements: We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. A valid street address is required for all deliveries.
- Warehouse Locations: Orders are fulfilled from our warehouses in New Jersey, Georgia, or California, depending on inventory availability. This allows us to optimize delivery times across the U.S.
- Multiple Shipments: If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouses, potentially arriving on different days via different carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, or USPS for accessories). Please allow time for all packages to arrive, as tracking updates from carriers may take time to reflect.
- Processing and Delivery Times: Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. Accessories are shipped via USPS, with similar delivery timelines.
- Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please monitor your tracking information for updates, as contacting us during transit may not provide additional details until the carrier updates their system.
In-Store Pickup

- Note: Pickup is offered exclusively at our California location; our New Jersey and Georgia warehouses do not support in-store pickup.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. For lost shipments, notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as needed.
